The park is within 35 miles of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Dollywood, giving you easy access to theme parks, local attractions, scenic drives, and world-class dining. Spend your days hiking the trails of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, floating down the river, or exploring local craft shops and restaurants — then return home to your quiet riverside retreat.

Utilities
Every RV site at Island in the Stream comes with full hookups for water, sewer, and electricity — all included in the monthly rate.
You’ll also have access to reliable Spectrum internet service (available for setup through your own account), so staying connected is easy when you need it.
With utilities handled and no surprise fees, you can focus on enjoying your stay.
Rates and Policies
At Island in the Stream RV Park, we keep things simple and transparent — one affordable rate that includes all essential utilities, giving you peace of mind and no hidden costs.
Monthly Rate:
💲600 per month — all utilities included.
Your monthly payment covers water, sewer, and electric service for your RV site. Internet service is available through Spectrum, which you can arrange directly if you’d like to stay connected.
Payments are due on the 1st of each month and can be made conveniently through Zelle or CashApp.
We welcome RVs 2010 or newer to help maintain the park’s clean and modern atmosphere. All guests are asked to provide a driver’s license copy for a background check and photos of all four sides of their camper prior to approval.
